Shipping, FFL, and Delivery Policy

Because we are the official source for the micro draco gun , we adhere to a strict shipping protocol that ensures federal compliance and the safe arrival of your investment. We realize that the FFL transfer process can be confusing for first-time buyers, and we should have provided this definitive guide years ago.

1. Federal Firearms License (FFL) Requirements

Per the Gun Control Act of 1968, the Micro Draco Store cannot ship any draco pistol directly to a private individual’s home.

Mandatory Transfer: All firearms, including the black micro draco and mini draco , must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer (FFL).
Dealer Coordination: It is the customer’s responsibility to contact their local dealer to confirm they are accepting transfers.
Submission of License: To prevent delays, please ensure your chosen dealer emails a copy of their FFL to ffl@microdracostore.com . Please ensure they include your Order Number in the subject line.
Verification: We verify every license through the ATF’s “FFL EZ Check” system before a micro draco for sale leaves our Glen Allen, VA facility.

2. Processing and Fulfillment Timelines

We pride ourselves on having a consistent micro draco price and inventory, but shipping firearms requires an extra layer of verification.

Firearm Orders: Once we receive a valid FFL from your dealer, orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days .
Accessory Orders: Orders containing only micro draco accessories (such as a micro draco hand guard or magazines) are usually processed within 24–48 hours .
Tracking Information: You will receive an automated email with tracking details the moment your package is scanned into the carrier’s system.

3. Shipping Methods and Rates

We use specialized carriers experienced in handling high-value tactical equipment.

Standard Firearm Shipping: All firearms are shipped via insured ground service with Adult Signature Required .
Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for those who want their all black micro draco as quickly as possible.
Accessory Shipping: Smaller items and micro draco accessories are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground.
Insurance: Every micro draco for sale is fully insured during transit. If your package is damaged or lost, our team at the Glen Allen headquarters will handle the claim on your behalf.

4. State and Local Restrictions

The Micro Draco Store complies with all local, state, and federal laws regarding firearm configurations and magazine capacities.

Restricted Jurisdictions: We cannot ship a micro draco gun to states where they are prohibited (eg, CA, CT, HI, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY).
Magazine Capacity: If you live in a state with magazine capacity limits, we will remove the standard 30-round magazine from your black micro draco order prior to shipping. We do not offer “magazine rebuild kits” or pinned magazines at this time.
Cancellations due to Legality: If an order is placed for a restricted item in a restricted zone, it will be canceled and subject to a 15% restocking fee .

5. Inspection and Acceptance

The moment of transfer to your FFL is the most important part of the purchase process.

Inspection Rule: You must thoroughly inspect your micro draco gun at the dealer before signing the 4473 transfer paperwork.
Refusal: If you notice a factory defect or damage, do not complete the transfer. Leave the firearm with the dealer and contact us immediately at +1 (479) 437-7189 .
Final Sale: Once the firearm is transferred into your name, it is considered used and cannot be returned to the Micro Draco Store . All subsequent issues must be handled through the Century Arms manufacturer warranty.
