Welcome to the Micro Draco Store . These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of any micro draco gun , micro draco accessories , or related services from our official platform.

By accessing this site or purchasing a micro draco for sale , you agree to be bound by these Terms. We realize that the community has long awaited a direct, official source for these firearms, and these guidelines ensure that we maintain the highest standards of safety, legality, and service.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

The sale of firearms is strictly regulated by federal and state laws.

Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase any draco pistol , including the black micro draco or mini draco .
Legal Status: By placing an order, you certify that you are not prohibited by local, state, or federal law from possessing or receiving firearms or ammunition.
Straw Purchases: It is a federal crime to purchase a firearm for someone else who is prohibited from owning one. Any suspected “straw purchase” will be canceled immediately and reported to the proper authorities.

2. Firearm Purchase & FFL Transfer Process

As the official store, we strictly adhere to the Gun Control Act of 1968.

FFL Requirement: A micro draco gun cannot be shipped directly to a consumer. It must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL).
Dealer Selection: It is the customer’s responsibility to contact their chosen FFL dealer and ensure they are willing to accept the transfer for a micro draco for sale .
Documentation: No firearm will be shipped from our Glen Allen, VA facility until we have a valid, legible copy of the receiving dealer’s FFL on file.
Background Checks: The receiving FFL dealer will conduct the necessary background check (NICS) before transferring the firearm to you.

3. Product Availability and Pricing

Inventory: While we strive to maintain a constant supply of the all black micro draco and micro draco accessories , all items are subject to availability.
Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to cancel orders resulting from “typos” or pricing glitches. If the micro draco price is listed incorrectly, we will notify you before canceling or adjusting the order.
Limited Editions: Items like the gold micro draco or draco russian red are often produced in limited runs. Adding an item to your cart does not “reserve” it until the checkout process is complete.

4. Compliance with Local Laws

Firearm laws vary significantly by state and municipality.

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for knowing the laws in your specific jurisdiction. This includes restrictions on magazine capacity, “assault pistol” bans, and specific micro draco accessories like threaded barrels or braces.
Refusal of Sale: If you order a micro draco for sale to a restricted state (eg, California, New York, etc.), your order will be canceled, and a processing fee may be applied.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, high-resolution imagery of the micro draco hand guard , and our official branding—is the property of the Micro Draco Store .

Unauthorized Use: You may not use our logos, product descriptions, or trademarks without express written consent from our headquarters in Glen Allen, VA.

6. Limitation of Liability

Safe Handling: Firearms are inherently dangerous. The Micro Draco Store is not liable for any injury, death, or property damage resulting from the misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper handling of a micro draco gun .
Warranty: New firearms are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (Century Arms). We provide support for micro draco accessories purchased directly from us, but we do not warrant third-party modifications.

7. User Accounts

Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, contact our support line at +1 (479) 437-7189 immediately.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia , without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action regarding a micro draco for sale must be brought in the courts located in or near Henrico County, VA.
