Refund and Return Policy

At the Micro Draco Store , we take immense pride in the quality of every micro draco gun and accessory we ship. We realize that buying a firearm online is a significant investment, and we are committed to a transparent, fair, and elaborate return process. We should have established this direct-to-consumer policy years ago to protect our builders, and we are proud to offer it now as the official home of the micro draco for sale .
1. Firearm Return Policy (The “Inspection Rule”)
Due to federal regulations and safety concerns, the return policy for a micro draco gun is different from standard consumer goods.
Pre-Transfer Inspection: You have the right to inspect your black micro draco or mini draco at your chosen FFL dealer prior to completing the federal background check (Form 4473).
Refusal of Transfer: If you discover a factory defect or shipping damage during your inspection, DO NOT complete the transfer. Leave the firearm with the dealer and contact our support team at +1 (479) 437-7189 immediately. We will arrange for a return shipment and provide a full refund or a replacement.
Post-Transfer Finality: Once the firearm has been transferred into your possession, it is legally considered “used.” Under no circumstances can the Micro Draco Store accept a return on a firearm once it has left the FFL dealer’s premises.
Warranty Issues: If a mechanical issue is discovered after the transfer, it must be handled through the Century Arms Manufacturer Warranty . We will happily assist you in contacting the manufacturer to ensure your draco pistol is serviced correctly.
2. Accessory Returns (Handguards, Braces, Mags)
We want your tactical build to be perfect. If you are unsatisfied with your micro draco accessories , we offer a 30-day return window.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, your micro draco hand guard , brace, or magazine must be in the same condition that you received it— unused, unmounted, and in its original packaging .
Non-Returnable Items: Used or installed accessories, “Special Edition” custom-finished parts, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Restocking Fee: Returns on non-defective accessories may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover the costs of inspection and repackaging at our Glen Allen, VA facility.
3. The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, the following steps occur:
Notification: We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Approval: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.
Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days .
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
4. Order Cancellations
Standard Orders: You may cancel an order for micro draco accessories at any time before it has shipped for a full refund.
Firearm Orders: If you cancel a micro draco for sale order after it has been processed but before it has shipped, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the labor involved in serial number allocation and FFL verification.
Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused by the FFL dealer or returned to us because you were ineligible to pass a background check, a 20% restocking fee and all original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
5. Shipping Your Return

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Insurance Recommendation: If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
