To ensure your investment is protected, we have established this comprehensive warranty guide. While we should have provided this centralized warranty hub years ago, we are finally here to offer clear, official support for every black micro draco and accessory we sell.

1. Firearm Warranty (The “Cugir Standard”)

All firearms sold through our official store, including the Micro Draco , Mini Draco , and VSKA Draco pistol , are manufactured or imported by Century Arms.

  • Manufacturer’s Warranty: Every new micro draco gun is covered by the Century Arms Limited Warranty. This typically covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

  • Registration: To activate your coverage, we highly recommend registering your draco pistol serial number on the Century Arms website within 30 days of your FFL transfer.

  • What is Covered: Mechanical failures, factory-related finish defects, and structural integrity of the receiver and barrel.

  • How to Claim: If you experience a mechanical issue with your all black micro draco , please contact our support team at +1 (479) 437-7189 . We will help you facilitate the warranty claim with the manufacturer, ensuring your firearm is serviced by factory-certified technicians.

2. Micro Draco Accessories Warranty

We provide an exclusive Store Warranty for the high-quality micro draco accessories curated in our shop.

  • 90-Day Performance Guarantee: We warrant that every micro draco hand guard , tactical brace, and magazine sold on our site will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the date of delivery.

  • Replacement Policy: If your micro draco accessories fail due to a manufacturing defect under normal use, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you.

  • Exclusive Coverage: This warranty applies specifically to items purchased directly from the Micro Draco Store at our Glen Allen, VA headquarters.

3. Warranty Exclusions

To maintain the integrity of our service, the following actions will void your warranty coverage for both the micro draco gun and accessories:

  • Unauthorized Modifications: “Kitchen table” gunsmithing, permanent alterations to the receiver, or improper installation of non-verified micro draco accessories .

  • Ammunition Issues: Damage caused by the use of reloaded, “hot,” or non-standard 7.62x39mm ammunition.

  • Neglect: Damage resulting from a failure to perform routine cleaning and maintenance as outlined in the owner’s manual.

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Expected finish wear from holstering, gas port carbon buildup, and minor surface scratches from tactical use are not considered factory defects.

4. Special Edition Warranty (Gold & Russian Red)

We offer specialized guidance for our premium finishes.

  • Gold Micro Draco: The 24K gold plating is a luxury finish. The warranty covers “flaking” or “peeling” due to improper factory bonding but does not cover scratches or dulling caused by abrasive cleaners or rough handling.

  • Draco Russian Red: The wood furniture is warranted against cracking or splitting. Because it is a natural material, slight variations in grain and color are expected and add to the unique heritage of the Russian Red Micro Draco .

5. Warranty Claim Procedure

If you believe your product is defective, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Proof: Include your Order Number and clear photos of the defect.
